Cancellation, Return, & Refund Policy

 

We keep it real with y’all every item goes through strict quality check before we ship out. Because of that, here’s how our policy works:

 

1. No Returns/Exchange for Wrong Size
We don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds if the item doesn’t fit. Every product on our site has a size chart to guide you so please double-check your measurements before copping. Once you place that order, it's locked in.

2. Order Cancellation 

You only got a 1-hour window after checkout. Once that time passes, your order is locked in and we can't cancel it -- no cap.

Order smart, check your details twice, and if you really need to cancel, hit us up ASAP within that first hour. After that, it's already in motion.

3. Damaged and out of stock Items ONLY

  • Refunds are only issued if the item you ordered is out of stock and we can't ship it. If your item is available and delivered, your order is final; no refunds.
  • Check your order as soon as it lands. If you receive your item/s damaged or you got the wrong piece, that's on us. Just hit us up within 24 hours of receiving the item with an unboxing video + photos of the packaging and item, and we'll handle it -- no stress. 

4. Condition Requirements

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and not tampered with tags still attached, fresh as it came. Anything used, altered, or looking funny won't be accepted.
  • Returned in the same packaging it came with
  • Any signs of use, and we can’t process it.

5. How to Request a Return/Refund for damaged items.

  • Hit us up through our social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram), website live chat or email us at admin@flylikedis.com
  • Drop your order number + clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged/wrong item.
  • Our team will confirm and let you know the next step.

6. Refunds 

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll contact you through email.


We respect your purchase and we respect our process. Every item comes with a size chart, every order is checked before shipping, and our policies are here to keep it fair for both sides.
